Welcome to Wilma, where we go beyond traditional office boundaries to attract the best talent for your project. Our journey started with the dream of a local office in Cologne, but the reality and potential of remote working has led us to a powerful learning and a new vision.
We currently have 8 workstations in Cologne, most of which are fully staffed. The remaining 12 team members work fully remotely.
